Headgasket replacement HELP!!!!!CAMS 2

O.K. I am deff thinking i have a small but still blown head gasket...not bad for 60 to 70k hard abusive full 17psi tracked and daily miles...not to mention this motor has been in 4 "yes 4" chassies 13 and 3, 14'snow heere is my delimma i just moved back to GA a few months ago and most of my tools are in storage and i dont really have the money for a complete r&r being that it's xmas and all WHAT advice can you give on cleaning up my block???since i don't have my cherry picker i am going to pull my intake side and my turbo side completely off (time for new gaskets anyway)then out come the cams, off comes the head....Iam going to have the head cleaned and decked,,,,,,but i am concerned on what to do about the block??????????i will deff mic the surface ,if all is well what is the best way to prep the surface for the head gasket with the block still in the car????2nd questionI have a set of HKS 264 cams new in the box that never made it into my wife's previous 13 my question is about the fitment when i ordered them it was never brought up weather it was a flattop or slantback motorwill the cams work in either or will my vct prevent me from using the cams?????????any help would be greatly coveted
