If you were to remove the head, you would HAVE to replace the head gasket right? since you cant use it again.. does that go along with the bolts too? you can't re use the bolts???

iirc you can re-use the old bolts, but why not be safe and buy new ones?

stock head bolts are TTY (torque to yield) meaning they dont tighten as well as they did after the first use. the headgasket probably wont make a proper seal and will probably end up needing replaced in the next month or so, if not sooner.

just spring for some ARP's, theyre reusable time and time again.

some prefer Felpro headgaskets

but if you go cometic (like i did) just make sure to coat it on both sides with Copper spray-a-seal (like i did)

just make sure the HG itself isnt damaged when you do, or youll have to replace it. reusing headgaskets seem iffy, but if its a cometic, who knows? maybe itll be fine. haha
