headgasket problem..

So..I bought a ka24de off some guy and he told me it was out of a 93 S13. I knew it was an S13 because of the intake manifold.

But now that I tore it apart and put a new head gasket set on it, theres something different. The valve cover gasket that came with it didn't fit.

So I looked it up and the valve cover is different for newer(s14 kas)

So are the headgaskets the same?

Because I put an S13 one on it. -_-; and its already together.
