What color is the liquid on your dipstick? If its milkyish then you've got a blown h/g for sure..
Also, heres what the colors out of your exhaust mean.Black = fuelWhite = coolantBlue = oil
To get rid of the squeaky belt(s) find out which one(s) are loose and tighten them.. Its pretty easy.. Also, I wouldnt say replace the engine if you have a blown h/g cause thats pretty easy to replace/repair.. Check on zilvia.net to find out how to remove the head.. you will need a ring compressor (clamp that compresses around the piston/rings to keep them tight when you put them down into the cylinder) to replace the rings..
