Has anyone else run into a problem when installing headers, getting them to fit to the manifold? Was wondering an approximate time frame would be to get them installed?

Headers and manifold are the same thing, what are you asking? Also what brand are they, some such as Megan Racing have had fitment issues and if you are doing it with the engine in the car you better stock up on peroxide and band-aids because your hands will be bleeding.

I was wondering aside from peroxide and bandaids, how long it might take to install the headers to the engine? They are nissan headers. for the record I am not the one installing them, so I am not sure as to how they are being installed in regards to the engine being in/out.

I wish I could help you but I never did any bolt-ons when my ZX was NA and the TT exhaust manifolds are very different. PM Honad, Arctic Dragon, and search for the Honads NA build thread you might be able to find some info there. Basically if they do pull the engine to do it that will be a good 15 hours of labor (out and back in) if they figure out how to do it with the engine in the car I'd say its maybe 4 or 5 hours. The problem is getting to the top bolts and they are a major PITA.

Instead of pulling the engine, another approach might be to drop the transmission.
