i hate to ask this because im sure this topic has been beaten to death and yes ive searched around on this site and found no dependable answers to what im looking for

can anyone tell me the Piping diameter of the OBX header?

has anyone ever passed Cali emissions with this header or a hotshot?

thanx in advance

you dont have to answer teh second one becaust its just one of my side thoughts, i just really want to kno the piping diameter of the obx header, i couldnt find it in the ebay descriptions either..

Sorry, can't answer your first question, but with regards to the second one the OBX and DC Sports headers are the only ones I know of that are CARB exempt.

hmm i looked up on their website and i had no luck finding the diameter size... from what i could see they dont have a listing for a SOHC header like i see on ebay..

would those be carb exempt too? im prolly thinking not, but anyone could feel free to enlighten me lol

If it's an "Ebay brand" header, I'd say that it wouldn't be CARB exempt. Most of those companies don't even invest in their own product development, let alone the expense of CARB.

As long as the header has all the emmisions hookups and doesn't leak should'nt it pass? Dam California sucks. I thought with a Governer who drives a Hummer maybe some of the California emissions crap would relax a bit.

well i kno OBX isnt an ebay brand, theres just a seller selling OBX on ebay haha
