Headers or Cat Back?

hi, i am new to the nissan world, and i was wondering if some of you can help me out. i am in the process of purchasing a '91 240, all stock. i plan on doing most of my mods to the suspension, but i want to get alittle more power out of the KA. i plan on putting a cold air intake, and something on the exhaust, but im not sure what i should put. i was thinking of either putting headers or a cat back, but i dont have the funds right now to afford both. i was wondering if some of you could help me with this.

which would give me more power? and what would be the benefit of having one over the other? also i was curious of any difference you felt in your car after you installed a catback/header/intake. i would also like to know if you think that im taking the right approach in mods? are there better solutions to gain hp cheaply? thanks.

...i was also wondering on your opinions on the tein HE spec coilovers. im a big drift fan, but i also want to compete in autoX, and i havnt heard anything or read anything about the HE's so if anyone out there can help me out with some info and opinions that would be well appreciated also.

no exp with headers vs exhaust here. but id imagine the exhaust would do more for you if you have a cai, not sure tho. on the suspension, the only people who`ll say anything negative about the HE`s are A. ride comfort (in a drift car, no less) and/or B. Want something cheaper or more expensive.for the price range (and in some cases, above it) they rule the world. iJust cant see anybody being truly dissapointed with them. Although, i`d recommend tie rods *before* coilovers if you`re gonna be drifting anytime soon... thats my biggest issue so far and iHavent *touched* my suspension since iGot the car. So lets just say my alignment makes me the only one qualified for driving the car.
