When I installed my CAI, Headers/Exhaust and UD Pulley on my 02 Max I had the ECU flashed "by mail" at the same time. I decided to do a reflash instead of SAFCII due hearing about ECU relearn woes. Problem is it is not a TRUE tune since everything is estimated by modifactions and I'm not sure what mod actually is doing it's part or if I'm pulling all potential from the mods.

Now I have another 02 to lightly mod as a daily driver so I can turn more aggressive attention to project above (gonna play with cams and ielectrical). I have the CAI, UD pulley and Cat-back. Will be adding headers but that will do it for this DAILY DRIVER.

1) Will adding headers WITHOUT an ECU mod cause any problems with hp or drivability?

2) Is a "mail-order" reflash my only option for ECU mod?

3) Should I just scrap the idea of adding headers altogether for this daily driver?
