Headers For I35.. Need help please

Im looking at getting Headers for my 02 I35 which we all know is all the same as the 02 maxima except for the body. So Any headers for the 02 will fit on my I35. But I found some for the VQ35DE in the 02 altima. It looks like it would fit.. Here are the ones I Found. Please give me suggestions. Thank you

And would they throw codes and pass emissions ok?

It probably fits, but I'm not 100% positive. The only experience I've had with VQ35 headers have been helping a friend install a set of Cattman headers.

You will throw codes for the O2 sensors unless you get an emulator or weld bungs in after the cat, lengthen the wires and put them there.
