Headers for an SE-R

I have looked into a few different headers for my Nissan SE-R, but I don't want to set off the Check Engine Light. Does anyone know of a company that produces either a header set that has a high flow cat, or a header setup that does not cause the light to come on. I would like to upgrade the exhaust, but the SE-R sounds so good I don't want to go too crazy.

cattman headers wont set off the CEL...only ones i know that wont set it off...a little pricey but definitely worth it.
