I can't seem to find anything that will fit...even looking for Pathfinder stuff. I've searched this site a ton and many others and come up with nothing, so thought I'd just ask those more learned than myself; does anyone make headers for these vehicles?

I just bought a 97 QX4 and it has the infamous passenger side exhaust manifold crack, so figured if I'm going to replace it might as well do it proper. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Welcome to NICO.

See this thread on NPORA. I'm not certain whether those headers are compatible with the VG33E, but the vendor says that the bolt pattern is the same, but the studs are larger so some drilling may be required.

performance upgrades are scarce. I ended up turbocharging mine because I was trying to get 350z headers installed but they were not long enough to fit.

Thanks, those Thorley ones do look interesting. I'm curious how well they fit with the rest of the exhaust and whatnot. Might be time to send him a quick email and see if he can tell me.

Sorry for digging up an old thread, but I've searched the internet over (including this forum) and have come up empty handed. Has anyone actually attempted to fit a WD21 header on the r50 and succeeded or failed? I've seen it discussed a few times, and one guy actually started to attempt it (very old NPORA thread) but with no conclusion. If the only thing that needs to be done is ream out the stud holes on the flanges and re-align the exhaust then I'll be very surprised if no one has attempted it. I wish I could be the guy to solve the mystery, but I don't have money right now to experiment. Thanks for any help.

I found these http://www.erzperformance.com/OBX-EXHAU ... san-21.htm and though quality is questionable, they would be a good candidate for a trial fit.

P.S. I own a 98 Pathfinder SE 4x4. I thought I changed my profile. I wish I still had the QX4, but... yeah, money.
