I am looking into a header/down pipe combo from stillen and was wondering if anyone knows if it is an easy install? Also if it will pass smog afterwards?

Yes easy, but you have to take the alternator off which is still easy.

No, it will not come close to passing emissions with both catalytic converters removed.

so the only way to pass smog would be to switch back to the original header when time comes?

Yes, or get a header that doesnt' replace the second catalytic converter. QR25 headers for the sentra are the exact same thing.
