The outlet is like 1 7/8"

I don't have one in hand, but I remember mine being a 2 1/4" collector on the KA24E. I'll crawl under and check next time I visit my car.

the primaries are 1 7/8"the collector is 2 1/4"

so just to make sure we are on the same page for my custom exhaust i need 2 1/4 piping from the hotshot header out. :)

I use 2 1/4 with a HS header and I am real happy with my powerban!

I use 2 1/2 and it's great except my exhuast is really raspy but good power.

I use a 2.5 with a Cat that has, I think, a 2.25 pipe welded into it.Yup, I'm raspy too, but not too bad. Only gets a bit "ricey" over 4 grand but I like that sound.
