Will one made for a S14 KADE fit and S13 one, will the 02 sensor hole diff positioning matter?

for the first part, for the second... If it doesn't reach the O2 bung, just extend the O2 wire...

yes and no for the first part acttually

yes itll fit flalessly on the engine side...but the downpipe is a totally different story...

and so is the egr tube...
