header probloems on a 91 240sx

i got a pacesetter header in today and was trying to install it. THe egr tube and the aiv tubes are rusted in place and i cant get them off. They got mangled pretty good and I was wondering what tools do you need exactly to take them off. I tried ti use 23 MM but it started to round off and a 22 MM was to small. Also does anybody have any spare egr and aiv tubes? Are there block off plates to fit the header and the other side of the connectors? Im stuck with having to but the pacsetter header on cause two of the bolts sheared off where the lower header pipe meets the header.

You dont necessarily need the pair valve, unless you want to pass a "sniff" test for inspection. The EGR is very important though. Spray some WD-40 on it and let it sit for a day, then get some vice grips. That's what I did. I had to saw off my PAIR valve though, so I have to patch up the whole in my new header. Just got to find something that fits it.

Is there any plugs available to buy for the header and the othr end of the egr tube and where can i get them. Thanks

they have block off plates for the egr and plugs you can get for the header. plates you can find on ebay pretty cheap, otherwise you can always take your old piping from the header to a welder and have the end sealed off.
