Header opinion?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Pace Setter

what do you guys think about this header? since im about to take the head off, i figured i may as well put a header on too.

CRAP, CRAP, CRAP.... dont buy pace setter. the only header worth spending your $ on is hotshot. it does cost more but it is worth it. if yo dont have the money now, put your engine back together and get it later, installing the hs header is just as easy to do when the engine is completely together.

I bought pacesetter header and they don't fit at all. Got myslef a Hotshot eveything work ok except for the secondary O2 sensor housing and there is a leak btw the joint. Still trying to solve it any ideal guys?

is it too big? on mine, the hole was too big for the 02 sensor to fit in, but this problems on the older ones, i think they have it fixed now. if you call them, they will send you a double threaded nut to fix the problem.

The front o2 sensor needs to read all four cylinders. HS puts the front o2 in a pipe that can only read two cylinders. Build an extension harness and plumb the front in the rear hole on the HS header.

Yeah! Don't buy the Pacemaker...ooops I mean P.S. They don't seal well. Exhaust leaks=Hell.

I think I remember hearing that the hotshot doesn't fit exactly on my car. I have a 95. Something about the steering stuff rubbing or something... Has anyone tried this?
