header knock?

Anyone else have a problem with thier Hotshot header knocking on the frame rail on thier 95+ 240? the header fit great, sounds great,looks great but the knock is annoying, when i hit a bump sometimes, or when i turn the car off it knocks

loosen the head to header bolts and the header to pipe nuts and shift it to a position away from where it is hitting and resecure everything. if this doesnt help you may just have soft mounts. you can also get very slight movement at the trans mount. at that location it will look minimal but futher up it can be significant. it may help to loosen the motor mounts when doing the trans shift.
