Header+Catback=BIG DIFFERENCE???

Well my brother just bought a 95 240sx and it came with Hotshot headers and catback and it feels like it can own my 93 240sx 2 times over. Exhuast wise, I have nothing but stock header, gutted cat, and stock exhuast.... anyways here's the photo of the car, and yeah it came with the 3 spoke rims and high rear wing, and yeah we're gonna get rid of it.
