header bolt torque sepcs

what are the proper specs to tighten down the bolts for the header? i have been running them for about a month now tightening them ALL the way, bu loosened them up a bt today cuz i dont want to war the flanges!! thanks to those who help!

14-22 ft/lbs is the manifold's torque spec, so I did my header the same way. I am told headers have more of a tendency to loosen during use, so you may want to check them for torque at every oil change since you've got tools out anyway.
