If you still have the EGR tube just cut it off and have someone weld it shut. That's what we did. We were able to get a welder here at work to do it for free but any place that welds shoul ddo it for just a few bucks or maybe an adult berverage.

Also I belive the threads are what is called BST (British Standard Thread) rather than American Pipe sizes. That may be why you are haveing a hard time finding something that fits.

Well the problem is the pipe that goes back up to the air box is leaking right from where it goes into the header, its tight but leaks from the fitting.

I got everything resolved, I got that stupid pipe fitting to fit, although it took some bending. Now the noise is from the SOHC's stupid hydraulic self adjusting lifters!

change the oil with some quality synthetic. take the valve cover off and get some lucas oil and pour it directly over the lifters and sprigs. should do the trick.

Yeah I have an oil leak, so Im thinking it got though and caused them to collapse. I changed the oil and it went away. You can still hear it a tiny bit. Eventually Im going to take off the cam and rockers and individually bleed each one. I want it to sound like it just rolled out of the factory. Im still running stock exhaust behind the header, daily commuted so quietness is key. I still pull on civics integras and scions(nothing to be pround of).
