Header back Compatible with CA18det

I have a 90 240 fastback in case you dont wanna check the profile.

My question is this. The engine is going to go in next summer. I have 600 cash left over after paying tuition. Im looking at the HKS Hi-Power with the 85mm piping. ($575 plus shipping, is this the header back or just a cat back?) When the CA goes in next summer will this exhaust bolt up to the engine.

If not, what exhausts or out there that will mate to the downpipe of a JDM CA18det?

Its a cat-back exhaust. I have no clue what will just bolt right up though. I have a Greddy SP exhaust, test pipe and a 3 in downpipe intended for an SR20det. I had to get flanges cut off, rotated and welded back on.
