head unit troubles

after wiring everything to this bose adapter i plug it up, flick my accessory switch and nothing happens.. i thought it was just because i wired it incorrectly but everything's pristine.. did i skip a vital step or what? any information will be appreciated.

Did you bolt the radio into the dash? The radio is grounded through the bracket which holds it in place.
