I just installed the head unit in my Versa Hatch. The unit is the Kenwood DNX5120 that has built in Nav. I also installed the ipod cable and sirius satellite tuner. It took me around 3 hours from start to finish, but that was mainly because I had to go to Home Depot to get a torx driver (T20) to remove the head unit mounting bracket. The whole thing was actually pretty easy. Also I had bought the wiring harness and pre-wired that part up before cracking open the dash. I printed out the tutorial ( http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=227206 ) which really helped. Comments/questions welcome.

Wait, is that two satellitre antennas that I see? Or one sat and one nav?

One SAT and one NAV. The last thing I need to do is put some double-sided tape to keep the antennas in place. The NAV easily got signal. I still have to activate the Sirius.

on Ebay the dnx5120 goes for $650. The ipod cable was bought at Best Buy for 29 bucks. The Sirius tuner was 50 bucks, and the kenwood cable was $21

Ouch! In the days of $4.60/gallon gas, that's the last place I'd blow that kind of dough. Looks pretty sweet though.

Well, I spend on average 4 hours a day in my Versa. I love satellite radio, and having the ability to play video from my ipod also helps make the time in my car go faster. Also I drive all over the place...the built in GPS helps a lot. I plan to keep the Versa for at least 4 more years. So for the 4 years I have the car I would have spent over 800 hours in the car. For me, it's worth the investment.

I have the same headunit, the iPod control is wonderful when you're on the go, and it is pretty great when using DVDs.
