Yes you can!!!! I have a ka24e block and crank in my race car right now. I blew up my de motor and needed a crank and block in a hurry. I had a ka-e motor from a wrecked parts car I bought. Striped the motor down to the block and crank. Cleaned and honed, then put all of my de parts in it. All of the de parts will bolt on. If you only try to use the head its very difficult. I used the de pan, timing cover, chains, etc.. they will bolt right on.
