There's a few companies makes headrests that would fit Rogue. http://www.crutchfield.com/p_4...tp=80 http://www.crutchfield.com/p_2...tp=80 http://signature.crutchfield.c...tp=80 http://www.crutchfield.com/p_0...tp=80 Prices are high at crutchfield. I would recommend pick that you like and search on google if you can find cheaper. 99% of the times crutchfield charge more because of the good support and all the accessories that they include for installation including the guide how to install. Also almost any audio shop can install in your original headrest the monitors something like that from mcorautomotivellc :

Speaking of headrests, does anyone know what it would take to install some removable headrests in the back seat? I would love to reclaim the corners of my rear window. 99% of the time there are no adults sitting back there. Those built-in headrests that are part of the back seat really piss me off.

I have these, but now I wish that I had gone with the 9" pair instead - they're great!

They are of equal or better quality than the 7" standalone, portable DVD players that you can find at places like Best Buy, but with a few extras (USB input, SD card slot, wireless headphones).

They come with built-in video games that are only meant for young kids like my 1st and 3rd graders. I have them interlinked so that the kids have the option of watching a single DVD from either of the units or watching 2 different ones on their own. My kids really enjoy them.

I got a power splitter and opted for the car lighter power adapters with the intent to only have them installed during long road trips. I originally intended to just leave them in as they have the great zip up security covers to deter theft, but the headrests are not as comfortable as the stock ones for every day driving.

The installation is a breeze and took me less than 30 minutes for both seats.

Good luck with your search. Which ever you decide they are a great addition to the Rogue if you have the need for backseat entertainment.
