When you take off the oil cap is it white in there? does it have white smoke that smells like coolant out the back? I would do a compression test. Based on what you posted it just sounds like you have a old 240.. Describe where and when you here the sizzling.

no theres not any water in there. And theres no smoke and the sizzling is coming from the spark plug area. and my car is over heating. And the top hose on the radiator it feels like it has air pressure but no water in it. and it has plenty of coolant.

IF you fill the radiator up do allot of bubbles come up--like combustion is getting into the coolant?

no don't see combustion bubbles. now the car just over heats. and there is just a little moisture on the park plug wires that go into the valve cover. ive took the thermastat out and it still over heats..the water pump works cus i can see coolant circulating through top of the radiator.

Put your T-stat back in--it is there for a reason!!!

Sounds Like you have a Air flow problem. is your clutch still feel good behind the fan? You should feel some tension when you hold the clutch and turn the fan.

So what's the color of your oil? From the oil we should be able to tell what's happening over there. Oh btw I like your full cap style

Either there is air in the coolant system or the radiator is plugged up.

As far as the hesitation above idle, perform a general tune-up first.

That fan is to augment the clutch fan when you have the ac on at idle---YOU NEED TO PUT ON A REAL FAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to the junk yard and get the stock clutch fan or buy a dual puller type fan.

At least you now know what the problem is--
