head noise question

I have a very faint ticking noise coming from what seems like the front of the engine. I know its not the injectors because I can still hear them and this is a new noise added to the injectors clicking. I'm wondering if the tensioner has gone bad and is causing the chain to flap against the valve cover. How difficult would it be to replace the tensioner and what other possiblities could be causing my ticking noise?

lots of sr's have that tick. most of the time its the hls.

just make sure that you take out the upper chain guide and that your car has fresh oil and you should be fine.
