I HAVE A 93 J30T WITH 128K. MY HEADLIGHTS COME ON BUT MY SPEEDOMETER LIGHT AND MY CLOCK AND THE REST OF MY INTERIOR LIGHT DONT ILLUMINATE. ANY ADVICE WOULD HELP

I think the fuse is seperate for the illumination circuit.. Might chekc the fuse/relay...

Check the switch stalk itself. 93 J30 failure of accessories turning on is a known issue. There is a service bulletin that I linked to here: zer...0.pdf

Take a look at it. To replace the electronics of the ignition cylinder, you have to pull the drivers knee panel and the ignition column shroud. You cannot get the shroud off without removing the knee panel. There is a tab on the ignition shrould that settles behind the knee panel and it won't flex much at all.
