Just an FYI.. any of you guys with faded or yellowing head light lens on your 95 or 96. I just refinished mine last night and man what a difference. They are literally " Like New". I used Mothers Aluminum polish. A terry cloth rag and a little elbow grease. If you have any doubts try it for yourself. It is amazing. be ssure to mask of the painted areas of your bumber before you start.

they came out really good.i have mother aluminum polish but thought it might have been a lil harsh for the plastic and i could never find their plastic polish. i got mine a lil better just with some spray 409 but not that good.

It absolutley , left no scratches... I really scrubbed hard too. You have to scrub hard to get it all clear. Using a terry cloth rag helps be cause it is a little rougher.

I found some plastic/plexiglas cleaner at pep boys that worked really well, then I used the mothers plastic polish after to keep them looking good

Maybe a stupid question, but I never looked. Is the yellow on the outside, or the inside on the lamp? I'm assuming outside based on your description.

i used Mothers Chrome Polish last year when i did it, both aluminum and chrome polishes work bcuz they are a mild abrasive....if u rub at it long enough, ull pull all small pits from rocks and debris out and maybe some of the big ones...stuff works wonders.

btw, im jealous of ure car color and ure grille Marcusx!:D

For the previous question about the discoloration being on the outside or inside. Mine was completely outside. I just opened my hood, taped off my bumper and got busy. like the other guy said if you use alot and rub hard most of the pits and scratches come out as well.
