head light removal?

well im stripping out my s13 240, and head lights are one of the things on my to be removed list. I dont have access to a battery or power source so I cant just flip them up, and with them down im not seeing how to remove them. Head light motor, housing and light is all coming out. also taking off the front bumper but I read on here that its easier to take it off with the head lights out too. or is there a way to manually raise them? thanks.

no one can help me out? and i dont see any DIYs. at least make me feel better, can i get the damn things out while they are in the down position?

take off the bumper to get to the bolts holding the headlights.I got mine off while they were down
