head light problem

my right head light will work normal and with brightsmy left head light will only work with brights. tried a different housing, same problem. checked fuses under hood. and kick panal. what could it be?

Maybe the bulb?

yeah check your bulb. i believe the hi and low beams are seperate bulbs
