Head Light Adjustment

It seems my passengers side headlight is a bit lower than the drivers side. When I pull up to the garage door from the street or against a wall on a flat surface the left beam is perfect at the distance I like and the right beam is low and a bit to the right. I cant seem to find any of the up and down adjusters or the left to right adjusters. Where in the heck are the little buggers?

Any manuals you would reccomend?

Thank you that is exactly what I was looking for. I could not find those little guys for the life of me I am not confused all the time just recently
