Head gasket

My head gasket blew and I was wondering if the pitting on the block was too severe to just replace the gasket and resurface the head. I have attached a link with pic. Thanks

Won't be able to tell from the pic. You will need to get a machine shop to check it. Anything can be shaved/bored. It's just a matter of how much room you have and what will need to be replaced during the process. Sorry to hear bout the gasket. Never fun
