If you have a whole weekend to dedicate to making the fix, I think it's do-able. Make sure that you wedge a piece of wood down between the timing chain where the tensioner foot is. If you don't, the tensioner foot will come out and you'll spend the weekend taking the front engine cover off to reinstall it. Also, make sure you have the right gaskets needed. When I replaced mine, I ran a 2X4 piece of wood across the fenders and hung the intake manifold on it with a length of wire instead of completely removing the manifold out of the engine bay. Also, make sure you mark the correct hole on the sprocket where the camshaft guide goes in and also mark where the chain meets the timing notch on the sprocket.
