head gasket stop leak recomadations

I have a small head gasket coolant leak, looking for any sugestions on stop leak products.

I'd try one of those Bars Leak tablet things if you insist on using a stop leak type additive.

Coolant in the engine oil will quickly cause damage. Shorten your oil change interval or get a used oil analysis to attempt to confirm that coolant is actually getting in the oil.

Bars leaks works, used it to fix a Rad leak years ago, got me home from CA to Houston.

But to repeat above, coolant in the OIl or Exhaust Gas getting into your coolant will cause damage and maybe deep six the engine.

To state the obvious its time to change the Head gasket, maybe both if there has been any overheating.

Leaking into the exhaust, not into oil. Thanks for the reply.

Don't do it ,many products are just bull ,short term at best,just fix the leak ,P.I.A. I know but its better in the long run.

Subaru's Coolant Conditioner is a rebrand of Bar's Leaks tablets. They recommend it each time the coolant system is serviced, IIRC there's a TSB on it. I'd find it but my Chilton's online link died a few months ago. Nonetheless, we're talking about Nissans here, not Subarus...
