So my block has been bored .020 so that makes the cylinders 89.5mm. My issue is NOBODY (Cometic, Tomei, or Felpro) sells a 89.5mm gasket for the ka24de. Cometic has a custom gasket deal I think, but I was wondering if anybody has had an issue like this and what their solution was (whether you just went with a 90mm or custom ordered it)

im sure the 90mm would also be fine. .5mm is about as think as your thumb. that means its .25 bigger around on each side of the cyl.

Also another question to tack on, I will most likely just settle with the 90mm, but what thickness should I use? .027 or .040? The head, block and timing cover have all been decked if that matters.

how much has been removed from them? use gasket thickness to accomodate for the material removed upon resurfacing. if they shaved .020 off the head get a gasket thats .020 thicker
