head gasket question

When i swap in my s13 SR20det this summer i want to upgrade the headgasket immediatly, just to be safe. ;) I want to upgrade to an Apex'i headgasket. The Apex'i comes in both 0.8mm and 1.2mm sizes. Which size would be better for a 350-400rwhp SR done the road?Chris
