Head change or engine?? Need urgent help!!!

Hi all

Well, I bought a new car the other day and driving down home now & it's smoking black all the way.
When I boosted the car it only boosted it in 1st but not in any other gear? so I tried pushing it a little harder to see of that'll work but still it wouldn't boost in second.
Therefore I carries in driving & when slowing down at the lights it just quietly went off
I couldn't believe it. I got trailered home & checked the s13 it's turbo had some ugly play & cambelt in shreds!!
I reckon the valves have now bent as I took off the cam shafts, done a quick comp test & didn't get a reading. At all.
I've since bought a new head cambelt & hg.
Hoping to get it on but I don't know if the bottom end would've suffered. Engine still spins fine with no funny noises or nought.
I've not bought new head bolts but.... Could the present head bolts still be used?

I know there's loads of profss here who will be able to shed some light ... Pls guys. thanks
