head bolts

ok im rebuilding my motor but right now im in tear down. i need help. i can see that the head bolts are allen but idk what size. can anyone please tell me. and also the bolts in the center of head inbetween the cams do i have to take those out also? and if so what size are they?

they are 10mm allen. and yes you have to remove the cams.
