Head bolt torque specs for an RB20DET?

I was hoping someone can help me out or point me to where I can find the head bolt specs for a RB20DET? I searched up and down to no luck. I am putting a new headgasket in but want to confirm all specs before taking the quest. Also, would anyone know where I can find an english manual for the RB? I will also pay for a translated version if needed. Thanks again!
