Head and Tail lights

Hey, I am new to this site. And a new owner of a 2008 350z roadster. I recently noticed that all my exterior lights come on when I start my car, and the light switch is off. When I turn the light switch on the dash lights come on. Now there is no auto on the switch, an only the daytime running lights (Canada) should be on with the car running and the switch off. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

You car could have originally been sold in canada, someone could have added it. Heck might have been an option in 08. My 2010 Tundra has DRL's.

My car is Canadian, therefore only the day time running lights should be on with the car running. But instead all exterior lights are on, ( light switch off)!
