I'm just curious as to how many of you own an HDTV monitor: whether it be projector, CRT TV, plasma, or LCD.

Just wanted to get a rough idea. This is sort of research.

Then maybe we'll redo the poll in January.

I'm doing this on other forums, and tallying votes.....

so....do you own an HDTV??

I can vouch for this.

We have a Mitsubishi Diamond 64" Widescreen HDTV and a Sony 42" plasma HDTV screen.

I must say, if you watch tv, HDTV is worth it 100x. No doubt about it. I can't watch regular cable cause it jsut doesn't look good. If you can get an HDTV tv with HDTV, get it. Its worth it.

I can't wait until the Federal TV Police kick the door and take me away for "passing" a law making me buy something I don't want -but by law have to have. Kind of like emissions tests and gasohol!

My dad has a mitsu big screen with HDTV. Kind of expensive, thats why my dad took it when parents got separated. Not really worth it for my family because we don't watch too much tv.

Yeah I have a 55" Mitsubishi Gold Series Widerscreen Projection.

I like it immensely. I also have HDTV going to it but I don't get all that many channels in HD

Nope...I'd rather save my money for my car or my computer...my little 11 inch German Sony is good enough for me.
