Does Nissan make an HD radio that will go into my Rogue S? I can get a modified fit from Crutchfield, but I don't want to put a big blank in there for a small-faced radio.

Metra makes dash kits for the Rogue in both double and single DIN sizes. The single DIN gives you a storage slot below the radio.
