HBGtuned BBQ - July 22nd @ Pinchot Park

Things are going to work a little differently than last. I, myself, will bring all of the food. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Hot Sausages, Chicken, Rolls and Buns etc. Drinks will be provided by generosity as last time, we had plenty of people willing to bring cans and 2L bottles which was fantastic, pull through for us again! As far as food goes, and to prevent people that don't supply to our Events from eating our food, those who donate to the Food and Drink fund above, will eat first. They'll have plenty of time to eat as much as they want, all leftovers (if any) will become a free-for-all. As you donate above, please include your real name and your HBGtuned Member name in the PayPal transaction so that we may keep track on our uber-list.

This time we will be much more organized, and probably much more crowded, hopefully going to blow the people out of Pinchot Park. We'll setup a Photoshoot along the water (they had some fantastic spots), some group shots, and hopefully organize parking. Maybe even this time, get some football going. The last event turned into a really nice car-show witha BBQ, hopefully this time, its becomes a huge car-show with a BBQ. The more people, the better! Everyone is welcome.

We are chosing Pinchot Park again because everyone seems pretty familiar with it now, and its been heavily recommended for a second time around, for Location and scenary. If you have any suggestions, comments or concerns, this is the thread for it. Make sure you call off work NOW, this is why we are pushing for a month AHEAD.
