i was readin on the DMV's page for cali, and it says that the only cars exempt by using alternative fuels is cars that weigh more than 14,000lbs. and the other list is here. how does hazw8st get by this? Smog inspections are required unless your vehicle is:

* Hybrid * 1975 year model or older * Diesel powered * Electric * Natural gas powered and has a Gross Vehicle Weight rating of 14,001 lbs. or more. * Motorcycle * Trailer

yea i got a response from him but i called the air and resources board of cali and they told me the that goin to propane wont exempt me. so let me no wat happens yea? thanks
