Hazards lights but turn signals don't. Need help

I cant get my turn signals to work. My hazard lights work, but when i signal nothing happens. Someone told me its the flash relay. Where is that located?

I hope you checked your fuses first? The relay is expensive. Hopefully just a fuse, or the wiring grounding
