My '06 has 39k and needs new pads. Car and break pedal shakes when I apply the brakes, which I know means the rotors are warped. Resurface them or replace?

Which of the above pads do people recommend?

Thanks.

For daily driving, the HPS pads will suffice. If the steering wheel vibrates under hard braking, you need to resurface the rotors before using the new pads. If the rotors are below the nominal thickness they will have to be replaced.

Thx, red-det. The ceramics are only one dollar more on topbrakes.com and they claim to produce less noise and less brake dust. Any advantage to using the HPS instead of ceramics? The ceramics sound like a better deal. The car is a daily driver. thx.

Best bet is rotors + pads + lines (if not replaced with steel already). It will cost you but you will s*** over the difference.
