Having Werid Technical Issue's..

Ok guy's i have a 92 240SX i just bought, im 17 and i have a good knowledge of cars.. my problem started randomly..ok when i put my ignition on nothing on the dash come's on..when i start the car nothing comes on ..but when i rev the engine..every seems to get brighter when i rev the engine..and the WIPERS COME ON!!..there's this werid buzzing/humming noise it makes under my steering wheel..and when i put my signals on they are solid..unless i rev the car then they start to blink?..i have no clue what the problem is..but the sound its making under the steering wheel/dash it sounds like a bee or something..I really need help please!!!!! ** BUT when im driving past 40ish km this problem stops..and also it say's my ebrake is up when it isnt..Thank you VERY much in advanced!

sounds like you got a short or some f'd up wiring...take off the cover from the bottom of your steering wheel and listen for exactly where your sound is coming from..thats the best place to start..take note of any spliced wires or some wiring that looks to have not been done by nissan. let us know
