Having troubles with my transmission i think?

i was just wondering if anyone has had a problem with there transmission making a funny noise its kinda like a buzzing, grinding type noise and also my car wont let me shift into 4th from 5th without grinding a little(not to bad) and when im in second it wont let me downshift above like 15-20 MPH. I just live with it but i was wondering if something could be wrong with it?

if clutch is good try checking clutch master and slave. Also how many miles on the transmission?

hey wassup guys i am also trying to swap out a automatic transmission for a manual transmission. can you guys give me more info on this subject. do i just have to get the manual transmission and the ecu etc. and plug and play or is it more complicated than that???
