having troubles with my rb20

does anyone know what a code 41 is on a rb20i have double checked thinking maybe i miss counted but still a code 41 and 12 pop up on my ecui replaced the maf and double checked all wiring to it (carl h did it for me) and everything is goodthe problem im having is the car will start and idle rough for like 20 seconds then idles perfect but when you try and rev it, it goes into safe mode and wont rev over like 2500-3000 rpm (no tach)does anyone have some ideas on what it could beim thinking toast ecu or maybe tpslemme know what you think
